Job Description

Join PHP GROUP INTERNATIONAL VIETNAM as a Front-End Developer and play a vital role in building and maintaining user interfaces for web applications. You will be part of a new software team established from the ground up to support our parent company in the US. Your expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, NextJS, Tailwind CSS, and Shadcn UI will be crucial in delivering high-quality and visually appealing web applications for clients in the Insurance, Construction, Loan, and Tax sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development: Develop and maintain user interfaces for web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, NextJS, Tailwind CSS, and Shadcn UI.
• UI Component Design: Utilize Shadcn UI components to create consistent and responsive user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience across different devices and screen sizes.
• API Integration: Integrate front-end interfaces with back-end services and APIs developed using NodeJS and Express.
• Code Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews and adhere to coding standards and best practices to ensure high-quality code and maintainability.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize web applications for speed, performance, and scalability, addressing factors such as image optimization, code minification, and browser caching.
• Collaborative Environment: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver innovative solutions.
• SEO Integration: Implement SEO best practices to ensure that web applications are optimized for search engines.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development, UI/UX design, Tailwind CSS, and Shadcn UI.

Your Skills and Experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• Junior/Middle Level: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in front-end development with expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, and NextJS.
• Senior Level: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in front-end development with proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, NextJS, Tailwind CSS, and Shadcn UI.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a strong understanding of modern front-end frameworks and libraries.
• Extensive experience in building user interfaces with ReactJS and NextJS, using Tailwind CSS, and Shadcn UI for UI component design.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Solid understanding of front-end build tools and development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• SEO Skills: Experience with SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and search engine ranking.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with server-side rendering and building APIs with NodeJS and Express.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools such as Figma
